**Terms of Use**

 

Booking a block of classes at my english academy .com constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

 

**1. General**

The Website Owner, including subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners ("Website" or "Website Owner" or "we" or "us" or "our", and including but not limited to the URL and website "my-english-academy.com") provides the information contained on this website or classes (“class”) for the website ("website") to students ("students") (collectively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter).

 

**2. Pricing**

We provide our classes to you via Zoom or Google Meet. Class prices can be found on the ‘Booking a lesson' page of our website. Prices vary according to the number of classes you choose. The prices are the same worldwide and are valid as long as they are on the current website.

 

**3. Teachers**

All our English teachers are professionally trained instructors. The teacher is responsible for giving the class at the appointed time as requested by you. We are not obliged to provide classes with a particular teacher.

 

**4. Class Booking**

You can book your classes on the Booking a lesson  page of the account panel. You choose your Class Package, Class Time, and several options related to your class.

 

**5. Alternative Class Time**

If we are unable to provide classes at the desired time, we can postpone your class. 

 

**6. Method of Payment**

Payment is made at the point of sale via the secure enrollment form from Paypal or Wix pay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, or Maestro. Payment is accepted in Euros. Upon choosing to pay over the Internet, confirmation or receipt and payment details will be sent via email, detailing the date of payment, payment type, and amount.

 

**7. Taking a Class**

Our teacher will call you at the appointed time for your class. You must ensure that your Zoom is available for contact at the agreed time. Our teacher will try to contact you three times. If you are not contactable in the first 10 minutes, you will lose that class without refund.

 

**8. Teacher Cancellation**

Occasionally, our teacher may have an unavoidable emergency or illness that results in the cancellation of your class. You will be notified via email as soon as the teacher knows of the problem. If the problem is on our side, the class will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.

 

**9. Cancelling and Rescheduling a Single Class**

You can cancel a pre-arranged class up to 24 hours before the start of that class. A cancellation submitted at least 1 business day before your class begins will automatically be rescheduled. If you cancel your class less than 1 business day before your class, the class will be counted and cannot be rescheduled. 

 

**10. Refunds**

If you decide you do not want to continue your class, you can request a refund at any time. The refund amount will be calculated based on the regular price. No refund or credit will be given for free classes given or requested, either alone or as part of a package, as such free classes shall be considered to have no monetary value. Refunds will be made to your Paypal or credit debit account used for the original payment in Euros.

**11. Behavior During Class and Helpdesk Interaction**

Inappropriate behavior during your class is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. The class  will end immediately without refund.

 

**12. Personal Information**

To facilitate certain tasks and communication, we store some details about you electronically. These include contact details, grades obtained, and details of email correspondence. This information is strictly for our class and services only and will not be released to irrelevant third parties. We are not responsible for the content, procedures, or data policies of linked websites.

 

**13. Complaints Procedure**

If you have any complaints about the service, you can submit your complaint in writing via the Students’ Page of the website. All complaints received in this form are recorded and processed by the responsible department.

 

**14. Information on the Website**

While every effort is made to update the information on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data/content provider makes representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law, or residual, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information, opinions, data, and/or content on the website. The Website Owner reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the website without notice. Information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. You and your company rely on the information at your own risk. If you find an error or omission, please let us know.

 

**15. Public Forums and User Submissions**

The Website Owner is not responsible for any material submitted to public areas by you. Any material is not endorsed, reviewed, or approved by the Website Owner. The Website Owner reserves the right to remove any material submitted by you in the public areas if it is determined that you are or are likely to:

  - Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the rights of others.

  - Publish defamatory, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material.

  - Post files containing viruses or similar software that may damage the operation of the Website Owner's or a third party's computer system.

  - Submit content containing marketing or promotional material intended to solicit business.
